RESULTS OF SUBSCRIPTION OF CONVERTIBLE BOND ISSUE



During the course of the initial subscription of AS Eesti Telekom 

convertible bonds, which took place between 18 December 2000 

and 5 January 2001, 20,750 A-series and 20,750 B-series bonds 

were subscribed by 144 employees of the Eesti Telekom Group. 

157 employees had the opportunity to subscribe the bonds. 

The Management Board of AS Eesti Telekom accepted all subscription 

applications.
