ANNOUNCEMENT

 

APPROVAL OF RESULTS OF TAKE-OVER BID TO SHAREHOLDERS OF FAKTO

 

On 15.01.2001 Tallinn Stock Exchange Take-over Committee 

decided to approve the results of take-over bid made by 

Autoinvesteeringute OÜ to shareholders of AS Fakto. 

 

The take-over bid to AS Fakto was open from 11.12.2000 

until 08.01.2001. The price of the take-over bid was 

EEK 22.70 per share.
