ANNOUNCEMENT



DISTRIBUTION OF PROFIT EARNED IN 2000



Supervisory Board of AS Norma approved the date and agenda for annual 

general meeting of shareholders, and reviewed the Management 

Board's proposal for distribution of profit earned in 2000, to be 

presented to the annual general meeting of Norma shareholders on 09.05.2001.



In 2000 AS Norma consolidated net profit amounted to EEK 157,449,308.



Profit distribution proposal:

To pay dividends to shareholders in the amount of 50% of share par 

value or EEK 5 per share, totaling EEK 66,000,000. Dividends are paid 

from profit after taxes from the previous periods (1994-1999). 

Net profit earned in 2000 will not be allocated between shareholders.



The list of shareholders will be closed for dividend payments on 

23.05.2001 at 8:00 A.M.
