CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF A-SELVER AS



On Friday, March 2, the Supervisory Board of A-Selver AS  

elected Urmo Vallner new chairman of the Management Board.

Ain Taube, the current chairman, was recalled.

Due to election Urmo Vallner submitted an application for 

resignation from the Management Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS.

The resignation will be discussed in the next meeting

of Tallinna Kaubamaja Supervisory Board.
