ANNOUNCEMENT

 

TSE: HEX ownership in TSE reaches 60.3 percent 

 

HEX has completed further transactions with the shares of Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) to raise its stake in TSE to 60.3 percent. 

 

The Central Bank of Estonia sold 26 TSE shares to HEX. The 

remaining holding of the Central Bank of Estonia in TSE is eight 

shares. The Estonian Ministry of Finance sold its total holding of 

34 TSE shares to HEX. 

 

After these transactions HEX has bought altogether 358 shares from 

the previous shareholders as well as 100 newly issued shares. The 

newly issued shares will still have to be registered with the 

Estonian Commercial Registry.
