CHANGES IN TOP MANAGEMENT



The council meeting convened today decided to appoint Aivo Adamson, a

board member and the head of Operations in Hansabank as the new Chief

Credit Officer in Hansabank Group. The current Chief Credit Officer,

Aivar Rehe, will be responsible for risk management in the LTB

integration project in Lithuania.



The council also elected Anders Sahlén as the chairman of the council

and Gunnar Okk as vice-chairman of the Council.
