LTB'S NEW COUNCIL AND BOARD



The extraordinary shareholders meeting of LTB, held on June 5, elected

a new council for the bank. The chairman of the council is Raul Parusk

and the members are Indrek Neivelt, Erkki Raasuke, Olli Heinonen,

Ingrida Bluma, Lennart Lundberg and Ingvar Andreasson.



The council also appointed a new board for the bank. Members of the

board are Arunas Siksta – chairman of the board, Dalius Darulis,

Dalius Kaveckas, Darius Nedzinskas and Antanas Poska.

In the new bank Dalius Darulis will be the head of operations, Dalius

Kaveckas head of retail banking and Darius Dedzinskas head of

corporate banking. Antanas Poska will be the bank’s chief financial

officer.
