ANNOUNCEMENT

 

NEW FUND MANAGER

 

On 28.06.2001 the Management Board of Hansa Aktivate Juhtimise AS 

appointed Mr. Peep Kuld as the new fund manager of Balti Kasvufond 

(Baltic Growth Fund, BKF). Until 28.06.2001 BKF was managed by 

Mihkel Õim. 

 

Since September 2000 Peep Kuld works as portfolio manager in Hansa 

Aktivate Juhtimise AS; he is also the fund manager of Hansa 

Läänemere Aktsiafond (Hansa Baltic Sea Equity Fund). 

Previously Peep Kuld worked in Eesti Hoiupank as equity options 

dealer and head of equity markets department. Peep Kuld has studied 

in Tallinn Technical University and Karlsruhe Technical University 

(Germany); he holds a master's degree in business administration. 

Peep Kuld has the Finance Ministry's fund manager qualification 

certificate No. FJ-1/2001.
