ANNOUNCEMENT

 

ABOUT SUSPENSION OF TRADE IN SHARES AND CONVERTIBLE BONDS OF PRO 

KAPITAL GROUP

 

Trading in shares and convertible bonds of AS Pro Kapital Group 

(PKG) will remain suspended due to continuing supervisory 

activities. Previously serious accusations were made against PKG 

regarding the accordance of the company's activities with the 

principle of equal treatment of investors. In addition a need has 

arisen to carry out additional supervisory acts in cooperation with 

the state supervisory and legal protection authorities, based on 

information reported by PKG to the Exchange on 24.07.2001. 

According to this announcement, PKG has repeatedly mislead the 

public, and has not reported important information to the Exchange. 

 

Trading will be resumed after TSE is convinced that PKG is able to 

guarantee the following of the principle of equal treatment of 

investors. 

The Exchange will publish a separate announcement about resumption 

of trade in PKG securities.
