APPROVAL OF RESULTS OF TAKE-OVER BID TO SHAREHOLDERS OF TALLINNA KÜLMHOONE AS

 

On 28.08.2001 Tallinn Stock Exchange Take-over Committee decided to approve 

the results of take-over bid made by AB Kauno Pieno Centras to the 

shareholders of Tallinna Külmhoone AS. 

 

The take-over bid to the shareholders of Tallinna Külmhoone AS was open 

from 09.07.2001 until 17.08.2001. The price of the take-over bid was 

EEK 18.00 per share.
