FINANCIAL CALENDAR IN 2002



Hansapank will announce its 2001 unaudited consolidated financial

results on February 14 and audited financial results on March 15,

2002. The 2001 annual report will be published on week 14 the latest.

During 2002 Hansapank will publish 3 interim reports:



January – March          on April 26

January – June           on August 23

January – September      on October 25
