SELVER EXPANDS TO RAKVERE



Today, on April 24 A-Selver Ltd., a daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja

Ltd., concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer Helteri

Kaubanduse OÜ for operating a new supermarket in the shopping centre

currently under construction in a central location in Rakvere. The planned

sales area of the new Selver is 1200 sq m. The total gross area of the centre

is ca 5500 sq m. The centre is to be opened in September this year.
