SELVER EXPANDS TO VILJANDI



Yesterday, on May 2 A-Selver Ltd., a daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja

Ltd., concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer Lavo Kaubanduse

OÜ for leasing a new shopping centre currently under construction in Riia Road

35 in Viljandi. The gross area of the new shopping centre in the Männimäe

living quarter  is about 3600 sq m. The planned sales area of the new Selver

supermarket is ca 1200 sq m and a sales area of approximately 1700 sq m will

be subleased to other operators. The shopping centre is to be opened in

October this year.
