CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



UAB Merko Statyba (100% subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus located in the 

Republic of Lithuania) and AB Viesbutis Lietuva and Linstow International AS

concluded on 30 May 2002 contract for renovation works of Reval Hotel Lietuva

(address Ukmerge 20, Vilnius) for EUR 15 589 320 (EEK 244 million), plus VAT.

Construction works will be launched during June and the hotel will be opened 

at 15 May 2003. In 22-storey and 24 000 m2 hotel 160 employees will be 

provided with jobs.
