ABOUT CHANGES IN KLEMENTI SHARE CAPITAL



The list of AS Klementi shareholders will be closed for reduction of share 

capital at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, 12.08.2002. Proceeding from the above, 

shares of AS Klementi are traded cum-date for the last day today, 

on 06.08.2002. The shares will go ex-date for reduction of share capital 

from tomorrow, 07.08.2002.

 

On Monday, 12.08.2002 the list of AS Klementi shareholders will be closed

also for offering the subscription rights for new shares to be issued. Thus

the shares of AS Klementi are traded cum-rights for the last day today, 

on 06.08.2002. The shares will go ex-rights from tomorrow, 07.08.2002.

 

AS Klementi share capital will be reduced by 75%, from EEK 35,250,000 to 

EEK 8,812,500. Altogether 2,643,750 A-shares of AS Klementi will be 

proportionally cancelled in the course of simplified reduction of share 

capital.

 

Thereafter AS Klementi share capital will be increased with supplementary 

contributions to EEK 13,218,750, by issuing 440,625 new A-shares at price 

of EEK 11.48 per share.
