SALE OF SHARES



On 28 August 2002, Mr. Cardo Remmel, Chairman of the Board 

of Saku Brewery, sold 33,696 shares of Saku Brewery, which 

amounted to 0.42% of the total share capital of the company. 



On 3 July 2002, Mr. Jüri Jänese, Member of the Board of 

Saku Brewery, sold 2,700 of total of 7,700 Saku Brewery 

shares in his possession. 2,700 shares sold by Mr. Jänese 

account for 0.096% of the company's share capital.



Neither member of the Board possessed a significant holding

in the company's share capital.



The sales transactions were conducted in connection with

the private expenditures of the aforementioned Board members.
