LISTING PROCEDURE ON BALTIKA ISSUE



In accordance with the documents submitted on 06.09.2002, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange started the procedures for listing 644,450 AS Baltika 

shares on TSE Investors List. As of 13.09.2002, 4,800,000 shares of 

AS Baltika are listed on the TSE Investors List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
