CONDITIONAL LISTING OF KLEMENTI SHARES



On September 24, 2002 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee 

decided to satisfy application of AS Klementi and to list 440 625 

additionally issued shares of AS Klementi conditionally on the TSE I-List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share capital 

increase is registered with the Commercial Registry.
