CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF TFT PARENT COMPANY



In November 26, 2002 AS Sampo Pank informed BNS that SIA Arials, controlled 

by AS Sampo Pank, has sold its participation in Latvian pharmaceutical company

Grindeks to two new investors. 20,7 % of Grindeks´ shares is acquired by 

private person Anna Lipmane and 45 % of shares acquired by USA company 

Solem LLC.



By the agreement of both sides the price of the transaction won`t be revealed.
