TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP STATUS OF EVLI



The Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) satisfied on 09.12.2002 

Evli Bank Plc application to terminate the TSE membership status 

as of 31.12.2002. Starting from 01.01.2003, Evli Bank will trade via 

its group member Suprema Securities AS.
