A regular Council meeting of Baltika Ltd was held on January 31th. 

Agenda of the meeting was:

1)   Approving the protocol from the previous meeting;

2)   Information about the preliminary results of 2002;

3)   Budget for 2003;

4)   Baltika Grupp 75th anniversary celebrations.



Baltika Ltd will publish its preliminary results of 2002 on

February 14th.
