TERMINATION OF MANDATUM'S MEMBERSHIP



The Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) satisfied on 02.05.2003

Mandatum Stockbrokers Ltd application to terminate the TSE membership status 

as of 30.05.2003. Mandatum Stockbrokers Ltd, a member of Sampo Group, 

will continue trading via the group's Estonian subsidiary, Sampo Pank.
