EESTI TELEKOM DIVIDEND



AS Eesti Telekom will close the list of shareholders for dividend payments 

on 10.06.2003 at 8.00 a.m. 



Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Eesti Telekom are traded 

cum-dividend for year 2002 for the last day today, on 04.06.2003. 

The shares will go ex-dividend for year 2002 from tomorrow, 05.06.2003.



AS Eesti Telekom will pay dividends EEK 6.00 (EUR 0.38) per share.
