LISTING OF HANSA CAPITAL BONDS



On August 27, 2003 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing and Surveillance 

Committee decided to satisfy application of AS Hansa Capital and to list 

10,000 bonds on the TSE Bonds List.

 

The first listing day of the bonds is the third stock exchange day 

(inclusive) after the decision is made public, i.e. the third stock exchange 

day following the publication of corresponding announcement via TSE 

information system. Thus altogether 10,000 bonds of AS Hansa Capital 

(ISIN: EE3300019470) will be traded on the TSE Bonds List under shortname 

HCAB047504 starting 02.09.2003.
