CHANGE IN HANSABANKAS BOARD



Tomas Andrejauskas, head of corporate banking and Eugenijus Preiksa,

chief risk officer are be the new members of the Board of the

Lithuanian Hansabankas starting from October 31. They will replace the

two members of the board leaving the company - Arunas Siksta, CEO and

Dalius Darulis, head of the administration division.
