CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT BOARD OF AS EMT



Jüri   Teemant,  the  member  of  the  management  board  of   AS

EMT,  resigns  on  February  3, 2004. Jüri  Teemant´s  letter  of

resignation has been accepted by the supervisory board of AS EMT.



Jüri  Teemant  held the position of marketing  director  in  EMT.

Starting  from  February 3, 2004 Indrek Randveer, member  of  the

management board and director of customer care and sales at  EMT,

will  temporary also be in charge of marketing activities of  the

company until a new marketing director has been appointed.
