NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER OF AS EMT



The supervisory board of AS EMT, which is fully owned by

AS Eesti Telekom, decided today (March 4, 2004) to

appoint Piret Mürk as a new member of the Management

Board of EMT.



Piret Mürk will hold the position of marketing director

in EMT as of March 8, 2004. To present day Piret Mürk

worked as a director of communications at Elion

Enterprises Ltd.
