CHANGE IN THE EXEC. BOARD OF A-SELVER



With an aim to reorganise the Management Structure of A-Selver and turn it

more efficient the Executive Board of Directors was nominated since this

March as follows:



Ain Taube, Chairman of the Management Board (general management)

Iivi Saar, Director of Purchases (incl. Selver Couisine, Marketing)

Jaak Nirk, Direftor of Development (incl. technical support of Selver shops,

i.e. maintenance, IT, security)

Kadi Kütt, Director of Service (management of Selver shops, HR)

Gea Reimann, Financial Specialist
