CONTRACT WITH SINEBRYCHOFF



Saku Brewery and Sinebrychoff signed distributors agreement



The  largest Estonian beer producer Saku Brewery Ltd and the

leader  of the Finnish beer market Oy Sinebrychoff  Ab  have

made   an  agreement  according  to  which  from  May   2004

Sinebrychoff  will  begin to distribute  Saku  Originaal  in

Finland. The agreement covers marketing and sales.



Saku  Originaal  will  be available among  the  Sinebrychoff

portfolio  in  recyclable 0,5 and  0,33  l  cans  in  grocery

stores,  bars  and restaurants, and at service stations.  In

line  with  market  surveys, Saku is the  best-known  Estonian

brand in Finland.



Objective is to increase exports of Saku Brewery in  Finnish

market  and  to  sell  2 million litres  Saku  Originaal  in

Finland in the fist year.



According  to  the  Estonian  Breweries  Association,   Saku

Brewery is the leader of Estonian beer market with a 43% of

market share.
