ELION EARNED ISO CERTIFICATION



Elion Enterprises AS, a 100%-owned subsidiary of  AS

 Eesti Telekom, is the first Estonian telecommunications

services provider whose quality management system has

earned ISO 9001:2000 certification.



The ISO 9001:2000 certificate was awarded to all the

operational processes of Elion Enterprises AS. However,

in  AS  Elion  Esindus outlets it concerns only the sale

of Elion’s products and services, including the relevant

after-sale service. The management system was certified

to ISO 9001:2000 standards by the worldwide certification

body Bureau Veritas Quality International.



According to management of Elion Enterprises AS, the ISO

9001:2000 certificate reinforces Elion’s commitment to

the preferred service provider in the residential and

business communication sectors. The certificate attests

to serious focus on the quality of services and after-

sale service that deliver ever-improving value to

customers and continuous improvement of overall

organisational performance and capabilities. The

certificate shows that company implements the documented

quality requirements daily and measures customer

satisfaction to check whether services meet the

expectations and needs of customers.
