NEW MEMBER OF SUPERVISORY BOARD



In his directive of 15 April 2004, Mr. Meelis Atonen, Minister of Economic

Affairs and Communications, appointed Mr. Toomas Leito, Managing Director of

the Estonian Newspaper Association, as the seventh member of the supervisory

board of AS Eesti Post.



Current positions of Toomas Leito:

Since 3.2004, Managing Director of Estonian Newspaper Association

Since 4.2000, Director of AS Tänapäev

Education: Estonian Philology, Tartu State University

 

The supervisory board of AS Eesti Post currently consists of Chairman of the

Supervisory Board of AS Maaleht Mr. Jüri Ehasalu (chairman), Head of the

Communications Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and

Communications Mr. Edvard Saarma, Managing Director of AS Anttila Mr. Tauno

Tuula, member of the Res Publica faction of the Riigikogu Mrs. Reet Roos,

Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Finance Mr. Alar Urm, and

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tele2 Holding AS Mr. Toomas Peek.
