TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP STATUS OF KREDIIDIPANK



The Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) satisfied on 27.04.2004 

Eesti Krediidipank's application to terminate its TSE membership status as of

30.06.2004. Krediidipank has the right to use the trading system of TSE until 

29.06.2004 (incl.). 



Krediidipank will terminate its membership due to low client interest in the 

service and the need for more efficient allocation of its resources. "Despite 

termination of our own membership at TSE, we will continue to provide to our 

clients the access to TSE listed securities via other member firms," Priit 

Põiklik, marketing manager of Krediidipank, said.
