RESULTS OF A-SELVER FOR 4 MONTHS 2004



The unaudited gross sales of A-Selver, 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja

AS, for first 4 months of 2004 were 432.7 million kroons (27.7 million

euros), showing an increase of 23.8 per cent over the same period last year,

when the sales were 349.5 million kroons (22.3 million euros).



The unaudited gross sales of the Selver Chain in April were 108.7 million

kroons (7 million euros), growing 17.1 per cent over the last year.



The number of purchases in Selver Chain was 3.5 million during the first

four months, with an increase of 23.1 per cent over the last year when the

respective figure was 2.9 million.



The biggest growth in sales within the first four months was seen in three

Selvers located in county centres: the joint sales of Mai Selver (in Pärnu),

Krooni Selver (in Rakvere) and Männimäe Selver (in Viljandi) increased by

48.4 per cent, amounting to 80.3 million kroons (5.1 million euros).
