CHANGES IN THE COUNCILS OF SUBSIDIARIES



On   May 10  2004,  the Annual General  Meeting  of   the

shareholders  of  Elion Enterprises Ltd.   recalled  Jaan

Männik, Krister Björkqvist, Erik Hallberg, Morgan  Ekberg

and Lars Klasson from  the Supervisory Council.



The  Meeting elected as new members  of the  Council Jaan

Männik, Krister Björkqvist, Erik Hallberg and Valdo Kalm.



On  May 10  2004, also the Annual General Meeting of  the

shareholders  of AS EMT took place. The meeting  recalled

Jaan  Männik,  Krister Björkqvist, Erik Hallberg,  Morgan

Ekberg and Lars Klasson from  the Supervisory Council.



The  Meeting  elected  as  new members  of  the   Council

Jaan Männik, Krister Björkqvist, Erik Hallberg and Valdur

Laid.
