PROCEDURES FOR LISTING BALTIKA ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 12.05.2004, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 88,000  

AS Baltika additional shares on the TSE Main List. As of 13.05.2004, 

5,499,450 shares of AS Baltika are listed on the TSE Main List.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
