LISTING OF FENNIGER BONDS



On May 25, 2004 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing and Surveillance 

Committee satisfied the application of AS Fenniger and decided to list 

237 bonds of AS Fenniger on the TSE Bonds’ List. The bonds have a nominal 

value of EUR 10,000 and maturity date of February 27, 2007.

 

The first listing day of the bonds is the sixth stock exchange day 

(inclusive) after the publication of the decision, i.e. the sixth stock 

exchange day following the publication of relevant announcement via the TSE 

information system. Thus 237 bonds of AS Fenniger (ISIN: EE3300071901) will 

be traded on the TSE Bonds List under trading code FENB060007 starting 

Thursday, June 3, 2004.
