AS Eesti Telekom will close the list of shareholders for dividend payments 

on 08.06.2004 at 8.00 a.m. 



Proceeding from the above, shares of AS Eesti Telekom are traded 

cum-dividend for year 2003 for the last day today, on 02.06.2004. 

The shares will go ex-dividend for year 2003 tomorrow, on 03.06.2004.



AS Eesti Telekom will pay dividend EEK 8.00 (EUR 0.51) per share.
