MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER RETIRES



At its meeting on 28 May, the supervisory board of AS Eesti Post granted the

withdrawal request of the management board member Reet Rohtla in connection

with her retirement. A competition for finding a new management board member

for the position of chief financial officer will be announced in the next

few days.



Reet Rohtla (59) has worked for AS Eesti Post since 1992, first as the

managing director of Eesti Postmark and already from the autumn of the same

year as the chief accountant of the postal company. She continued as the

chief financial officer from 1994 and has participated in the management of

the company as a member of the management board since 1997. An authorisation

agreement was concluded with her in 2002 for managing the work of the

financial department. Reet Rohtla will continue to manage the financial

department up to 1 September 2004.
