PROCEDURES FOR LISTING EESTI TELEKOM ISSUES



In accordance with the documents received on 27.05.2004 and 08.06.2004, 

the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 310,100  

additional shares of AS Eesti Telekom on the TSE Main List. As of 09.06.2004, 

137,644,428 shares of AS Eesti Telekom are listed on the TSE Main List.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
