ABOUT DELISTING OF ESTIKO SHARES



According to decision of TSE Listing and Surveillance Committee of 25 May 

2004, the shares of AS Estiko will be delisted from the TSE Investor’s List 

on 1 July 2004. Thus, the shares of AS Estiko are traded via the trading 

system of the Tallinn Stock Exchange for the last day today, on 30 June 2004.
