ESTABLISHMENT OF A JOINT VENTURE



Hansabank and the Finnish IT-company TietoEnator today signed a

shareholders’ agreement for establishing a joint venture. The new

company, TietoEnator Support OÜ, will start to maintain Hansabank’s

POS, ATM and PC networks in Estonia. The company will start to offer

similar services also to other companies.



Hansabank’s participation in the new company will be 40% and

TietoEnator’s holding 60%. Hansabank will invest EEK 1.2 million in

the new company’s share capital.
