LISTING OF BALTIKA SHARES



In the previously discloused announcement there was a mistake in the number 

of additionally listed shares. 

The number of additionally listed shares is 88 000 instead of 35 000.

LISTING OF BALTIKA SHARES



After meeting the requirements set by the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing and 

Surveillance Committee in its conditional listing decision from 25.05.2004., 

88 000 additionally issued ordinary shares of AS Baltika are listed 

starting today, on 19.07.2004. Altogether 5 587 450 ordinary shares of 

AS Baltika (ISIN: EE3100003609) are traded on the TSE Main List under 

shortname BLT1T as of 19.07.2004.
