CONCERNING THE BOARD MEMBER



The Sales Director of Saku Brewery 

Jüri Jänese has extended an application

to the Supervisory Board to withdraw  

from the Board member position.This is  

connected to his announcement today where

he informed about leaving from Saku Brewery 

as of September 1, 2004. 

The application will be proceeded on the next 

Supervisory Board meeting.
