ASSIGNMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER



Today the Supervisory Board of Saku Brewery Ltd decided

to recall Mr. Jüri Jänese from the Executive Board member

position from September 1, 2004 because of his withdrawal

from the current Sales Director position.

Hereby to assign starting September 1, 2004 Mr. Marko

Loos as the new member of the Executive Board for next

three years.

Mr. Loos has worked last three years as the Director of

Logistics in Saku Brewery Ltd.

Mr. Loos doesn`t own shares of Saku Brewery Ltd.
