JSC  "Ogre"  administrative building complex consists of administrative

building  itself  (8  storeys), conference hall with 600 seats, canteen

and electric power transformer station.



Since the building complex no longer has any business value (because of

company  restructuring  and  optimisation),  AGM  in  2003  resolved to

dispose  of  the redundant property, including administrative building.

This  was  harmonised  with  "Unibanka",  the  main creditor of "Ogre".

"Latio"  was  contracted  to  sell  the  building complex. The residual

balance  sheet value was LVL 194,000. On June 18, 2004 the building was

sold to "Uzņēmēju trasta kompānija", the deal value was EUR 650,000.
