On  September  1,  2004  RSE Management Board resolved, pursuant to the

provisions  of Item  12.1.1.4 of Financial Instrument Trading Rules, to

issue  a  warning  to  JSC  "Latvijas tilti". The company has failed to

provide the Management Report as a part of financial statements for the

first  6  months of 2004, thus ignoring the disclosure rules concerning

financial statements and annual reports.
