Edgars Dupats and Uldis Arnicāns were approved the new Management Board

members  for  JSC  "Liepājas autobusu  parks" with the Company Register

Resolution  of  April  19,  2004. Consequently, as of June 30, 2004 JSC

"Liepājas   autobusu   parks"  Management  Board  members   are:  Māris

Jaunsleinis  (Chairman),  Rūdolfs  Embutnieks,  Gvido  Ķirsons,  Edgars

Dupats, Uldis Arnicāns.



As  reported earlier, the AGM of shareholders elected a new Supervisory

Board,  the  Chairman  still  to  be elected at their first meeting and

announced  separately. Also, amendments to the Insider register will be

made  after  registration  of  the new Supervisory Board members at the

Company Register.
