RSE  Management  board,  pursuant to the provisions of Item 12.1.1.4 of

Financial  Instrument  Listing  Rules, decided to caution JSC "Grobiņa"

for failure to disclose material information;



The  information  on  convening  of  extraordinary  general  meeting of

shareholders was disseminated to mass media, however, was not disclosed

to the RSE.



Since this is already a repeated breach of disclosure rules during this

year  by  "Grobiņa",  the  RSE  has  also advised Financial and Capital

Market Commission on the matter.
