According to JSC "Grindeks", a shareholder "Solem LLC" has sold 332 836

"Grindeks"  public  shares  and    1  785  000  closed  issue  shares -

altogether building 27.38% of share capital - to Kirovs Lipmans.



Consequently,    "Solem   LLC"  is  no  longer  a  shareholder  of  JSC

"Grindeks".
