Riga  Stock  Exchange  Management  Board resolved to lift the 15% price

spread for JSC "Buvmehanizacija" shares traded on the continuous market

at variable prices, starting from 12:15, December 5, 2003.



The  resolution  has been taken due to the high concentration of orders

on  the buy side, and is based on Item IV.32 of the Riga Stock Exchange
